Fellowship Associates exists, in part, to plant gospel-centered churches and to strengthen church leaders so they can build healthy, sustainable ministries that multiply.
We believe that the future of the Church is not built on strategies alone, but on leaders who are spiritually grounded, emotionally healthy, and equipped to develop others.
OUR STORY

After two decades of developing and mentoring church planters, we noticed an alarming trend: the leaders in our network consistently reported that they were struggling.
They felt burned out, exhausted, and alone. And they were facing unprecedented challenges in ministry: declining church attendance, divided congregations, and complex needs among the people they serve.
In response to the changing landscape of ministry and church planting, we have strategically evolved from a pioneer planting model to become architects of a sustainable, multiplying movement.
Today, we reinvest in our network of leaders, helping them become spiritually and emotionally healthy and equipping them to develop other church planters in their communities. We do this by:

Through intentional relationships, coaching, and structured environments for growth, we help our network of church planters and pastors develop the clarity, resilience, and self-awareness needed to lead well over the long haul.
