Through 3-month leadership cohorts, we reinvest in the lives of our church planters. These small group sessions take leaders on a journey of emotional and spiritual health, leadership self-awareness, and strategic planning so that they can become effective leaders today and tomorrow.

How It Works

Cohorts are intentionally small with four leaders and prayerfully formed by the Fellowship Associates team, with attention to each leader’s season, context, and the makeup of the group. This group gathers for three days each month in either Little Rock, AR or Oklahoma City, OK, where we take you on an intentional journey of personal growth and leadership development.

Month 1

MONTH 1

You will complete a holistic survey about your ministry, marriage, faith journey, leadership challenges, and spiritual and emotional health. There is no judgment here—just a chance to slow down, take a deep look at how you’re really doing, and be honest with other leaders who understand what you’re going through. This is a deep dive check-in in a room of care and support.

MONTH 2

During our second gathering, you will gain a 360-degree view of your ministry—from your perspective and the perspectives of those around you. You will have the opportunity to hear feedback from the people you lead, which will give you greater self-awareness of your gifts, strengths, and areas for growth.

Month 2
Month 3

MONTH 3

Our final month together is a time to turn insights into action. Together, we’ll talk through your biggest ministry challenges and workshop strategies to help you address them, both now and in the future. Our goal is that you will walk away with a clear vision and a grounded plan to sustain you as a leader and build a ministry that lasts and multplies.

These monthly gatherings are also a time to build deep relationships with other leaders and allow the Fellowship Associates team to pour into you—to shepherd your emotional and spiritual health in the same way you do for others.
