Steve Snider

Before starting Fellowship Associates, Steve received his undergraduate degree from Ouachita Baptist University on a four-year football scholarship and went on to receive his M.B.A. and Law degrees, with honors, from the University of Arkansas. After graduating from law school, he joined the Rose Law Firm, where he practiced law for four years. He left the Rose Firm to join Rebsamen Insurance and served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for five years.

In 1999, Steve Snider started Fellowship Associates with the dream of developing sharp, young leaders and planting healthy, community-influencing churches around the world. In 2005, he cofounded Life Champs Sports, a youth sports organization whose goal is to not only encourage excellence in athletic competition but also build champions for life by teaching kids the importance of good character, attitude, knowing their life purpose, and serving others. Steve also teaches leadership classes at Arkansas Baptist College and serves on the boards of Fellowship Bible Church and Pulaski Academy College Preparatory School.

Steve’s pride and joy is his family. He has been married to his wife, Beth, since 1987; and they have three kids: Jack, Chase, and Shelby.


Bill Wellons

Bill Wellons is a church planter, consultant and principal of Fellowship Associates. In 1977, Bill and his wife, Carolyn, helped found Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, where he served as a Teaching Pastor and Chairman of the Elder Board for thirty-two years. Bill transitioned to Fellowship Associates in 2005 to oversee the Leadership Residency for church planters, consult with church leaders, and train new Residency Directors. 

Bill has served as a Gallup Fellow and on the National Speaker Team for FamilyLife™ Marriage Conferences. He and Carolyn are authors of Getting Away To Get It Together, published by FamilyLife™ and Bill coauthored Unlimited Partnerships with Lloyd Reeb, a Broadman & Holman Publication.  Joining with Dr. Robert Lewis he helped develop The Great Adventure DVD series for Men’s Fraternity. 

Married in 1970, Bill and Carolyn have raised three children, all of whom have families of their own. The Wellons currently have eleven grandchildren.



Mike Boschetti

Mike Boschetti joined the Fellowship Associates’ team of consultants in 2006. He is a CPA and has extensive experience in finance and administration for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.

Mike received his BSBA degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas. He earned his CPA certification in 1973 and practiced public accounting for the first 12 years of his career; his final position was as audit partner with Deloitte& Touche.  Prior to joining the staff of Fellowship Bible Church as CFO in 2002, he was a partner in various real estate and business ventures.

As a charter member of Fellowship Bible Church and a lay elder for over 28 years, he has significant experience in not only church operations but its ministries well.  He regularly provides financial counseling to individuals and couples as well as small businesses.  He has a passion to utilize his analytical gifts and experience to coach others in financial and other life issues.

Married to the former Starr Chenault in 1971, they have four grown children and nine grandchildren. 



Kevin Cawley

In 2007, Kevin and his wife moved to Little Rock to participate in the Fellowship Associates Residency as a church planting resident. He moved to Kansas City following the residency, where he planted two churches over fourteen years.

Kevin joined our team as a mentor in 2012 and is passionate about developing sturdy leaders and supporting kingdom movements.

Kevin currently oversees leadership development & church planting at Frontline Church, a multi-congregational church in the Oklahoma City metro.

Kevin did his undergraduate studies and played football at Wheaton College. After several years working and helping plant a church in the Western suburbs of Chicago, Kevin returned to Wheaton College Graduate School where he earned an M.A. in Biblical Exegesis. Kevin has also pursued postgraduate studies at Regent College in Vancouver, B.C.

Kevin is married to Katie. They live in Edmond, OK. with their three children. Kevin obsesses over all things related to music, books and bicycles— and loves cooking (eating) and spending time with his family.
